When and how Crowd Signal refunds a payment.

1. 14-day withdrawal

For your first subscription, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and get everything you paid back. Use “Cancel now and get a full refund” on the billing page. Access to the paid plan ends immediately, and the refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

2. Cancelling after 14 days

After the withdrawal period, cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period already paid; the unused part of that period is not refunded.

3. Changing plan

Moving to the annual plan charges only the pro-rata difference. Moving to the monthly plan takes effect at renewal, so nothing needs refunding.

4. Duplicate charges

If you are ever charged twice for the same plan, for example by paying in two browser tabs at once, the extra subscription is cancelled and refunded in full automatically.

5. Failed payments

A payment that fails is not taken. If your bank asks you to confirm a payment, you can complete it from the billing page.

6. Questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster: [À compléter].
